Feraud-King created the college's JEBI Certificate Program, a professional development initiative that has engaged more than 300 faculty and staff in examining identity, belonging, and equity. She created the Future Faculty Institute, which prepares emerging scholars for academic careers through mentorship, networking, and training on the faculty hiring process. Her work extends into Worcester. Feraud-King created Woo Fest, connecting Holy Cross with local organizations, businesses, and residents. As program and entertainment committee chair for the Black Excellence Celebration, she helped raise more than $60,000, with most proceeds benefiting the YMCA and YWCA. Feraud-King serves as president of the Worcester Roots Project board and vice president of the Diverse Professional Roundtable. She graduated from Leadership Worcester's Class of 2025. What actor would play you if Hollywood made a movie about your life? Regina Hall or Issa Rae, because I use humor to deal with life but am serious about my work. Why do you choose to live in Central Mass.? The rich, diverse cultures and meaningful connections create a place where my family and I can truly thrive together. What one thing should older generations understand most about young professionals? Younger professionals prioritize authenticity, integrity, and caring for the whole self over titles. 4 0 U N D E R F O R T Y Sarah Foley, 36 Vice president of marketing and culture advancement, Coghlin Cos., in Westborough Residence: Charlton College: Clark University Sarah Foley has spent nearly 14 years helping shape how Coghlin Cos. presents itself to customers, employees, and the Central Massachusetts community. Foley joined the fourth-generation family business as a marketing associate in 2013 and helped build its internal marketing function from the ground up. In 2025, she became vice president of marketing and culture advancement, making her the youngest woman to reach vice president status in the current generation of the company. Her work includes the Cultural Pillar Mentor Program. More than 60 Cultural Pillars help carry the company's values across the organization, while nearly 300 employees have completed its structured eight-month mentoring program. Participants have contributed thousands of volunteer hours while developing professional skills and relationships. Foley volunteers with Hope Lives Here, DetecTogether, and Charlton Little League, where she coached her son's tee ball team. She has served as a mentor and speaker for Clark University programs and worked with regional business and manufacturing organizations. Who helped you the most in your professional journey?
