Vaccaro co-founded Masis Staffing Solutions with his father, brother, and other executives. In the past year, the company generated 4.11% year-over-year business growth and a 10.42% increase in new-business revenue while adding or reactivating more than 400 clients. As president and COO, Vaccaro has helped integrate the company's organic growth and acquisitions, advance its technology, and develop processes allowing the business to scale while preserving its family-oriented culture. Masis now has more than 45 active full-service branches across 23 states. Vaccaro coaches his children's baseball and softball teams and supports organizations including Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Central Massachusetts Housing Alliance, and Why Me & Sherry's House. If you could choose your sibling position, which would you choose? Middle. I'm the middle of four siblings, and it helped shape my ability to adapt and build relationships. You only get one life, so take it one day at a time. 4 0 U N D E R F O R T Y Chelsie Vokes, 34 Attorney, Bowditch & Dewey, LLP, in Worcester Residence: Boylston Colleges: UMass Amherst; Boston University Chelsie Vokes has become a go-to attorney for colleges and universities navigating employment, Title IX, and other complex legal issues. Vokes joined Bowditch & Dewey in 2017 and has become an integral part of its higher education practice. She serves as a key contact for institutions in Central and Western Massachusetts. More than 30 institutions now rely on the practice for counsel involving students, faculty, staff, facilities, campus development, and administration. Her community involvement includes volunteering with the Lake Quinsigamond Watershed Association and serving on boards for Central Massachusetts social services organizations. Vokes has enjoyed decades of winter pond hockey on Lake Quinsigamond, where she grew up. Vokes has advocated for greater awareness of endometriosis and related medical conditions. In 2026, she submitted testimony supporting legislation creating an endometriosis task force within the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. What is your favorite Central Mass. community? The Lake Quinsigamond community will always have my heart. Where is the best place to relax in Central Mass.? New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill.
