Since 2020, we have completed 12 acquisi- tions, strengthening our position as a national leader in managed security services. Most recently, we acquired AT-RISK International, a globally recognized provider of executive protection, intelligence, investigations and risk consulting services. This acquisition further expands our ability to help organizations address increasingly complex security, busi- ness continuity and enterprise risk challenges. Over the past several years, our company has experienced significant growth while continuing to invest in Connecticut. The firm provides sophisticated legal and business counsel to regional, national and international clients in industries including insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, construction, education and financial services. Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments. Over the past five years, we have achieved strong, sustained growth. Our gross revenue increased by nearly 60%, from approximately $130 million in 2020 to more than $206 million in 2025, while our attorney roster grew nearly 40% to approximately 275 lawyers across 11 offices. Although that growth has been firmwide, we have continued to invest in Connecticut. In 2024, we relocated and fully redesigned our Hartford office as a modern, technolo- gy-enabled workplace, and we are preparing to move our Stamford office into a newly redesigned space in fall 2026. We also have advanced our firmwide inno- vation strategy, including the integration of AI tools to improve efficiency, collaboration and our business model and the growing demand for software-enabled security solutions. We also maintain a 97% client retention rate, reflecting our commitment to service quality, responsiveness and long-term customer relationships. What are your plans for future growth? Our future growth strategy is centered on expanding our specialized services division through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic growth. We're continuing to invest in our people, technology and service offerings to meet increasing customer demand while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. client service. What are your plans for future growth? We will continue the growth strategy that has served us well: investing in our people, technology and facilities while expanding in key markets. How is your organization involved in the community? Our lawyers serve on the boards of dozens of nonprofit and cultural organizations, including United Way, Hartford Stage, Junior Achievement, The Bushnell and MetroHartford Alliance.
