This competitive request for proposals offers
reimbursement of up to 80% of total eligible
project costs and requires a minimum of four ports.
Efficiency Maine will accept proposals until March 3,
2027, or until funding is exhausted, whichever comes
first, and will review proposals and announce awards
monthly.
