Connect more than 15,000 audience members from Central Massachusetts & beyond with world-renowned orches- tras, soloists, and ensembles spanning the classical, jazz, folk, world music, and dance genres over the course of 23 different events during the 2026-2027 season 2. Feature the work of the 2026-2027 Artist-in-Residence Dr. Everett McCor- vey through concerts and school/com- munity partnerships including public events on November 1 & 6 and January 26 & 27. 3. Bring professional musicians, in- cluding visiting international artists, to schools throughout Greater Worcester to conduct master classes with middle and high school students 4. Hold 12 concerts as part of the third year of THE COMPLETE BACH, the 11-year project to present live per- formances of all of J.S. Bach's works, including two festival weekends BACH- toberfest (Oct. 23-25, 2026) and Bach's Birthday Bash (March 19-21, 2027) 5. Increase access and reduce barriers to Music Worcester performances through programs including Card to Culture and Tickets to Opportunity, with at least 10% of total ticket count reflecting these efforts. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES Music Worcester has no specific fundraising events planned for the "Music Worcester, under Adrien Finlay's leadership, brings an inspiring collection of artists, genres and musical excellence to Worcester. Each season's program series builds on its heritage of classical music, and also on Worcester's cultural diversity. Through the education initiative, many of the performers, and principally our Artist-in-Residence, engage with students in their classrooms in Worcester-area schools. These personal interactions help students open their eyes to all forms of musical expression, creating invaluable experiences for our youth. And The Complete Bach is a classical music undertaking that draws involvement from the community and draws excitement for Worcester from New England and beyond." - Eric Brose, Board President Adrien Finlay Executive Director Eric Brose Board President 2026-2027 season; however, all tickets purchased to concerts and events help support the organization's mission. In particular, Music Worcester will offer Pay What You Wish ticketing at nine concerts where ticket buyers have the opportunity to select higher-priced tickets to help subsidize those who choose lower ticket prices. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Cash donations from individuals and businesses are welcome year-round through two major appeals (winter and summer) to support the organi- zation's performances and educational activities. Sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals exist for concerts and major programs, includ- ing the Artist-in-Residence program with Dr. Everett McCorvey and the 11-year THE COMPLETE BACH proj- ect. Music Worcester regularly seeks in-kind donations related to hospitality for the artists it welcomes to Worcester throughout the year, including meals, bottles of water, hotel rooms, and transportation to regional airports and train stations. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Volunteer ushers assist at concerts and events to help Music Worcester deliver the ideal patron experience, welcoming audience members, scanning tickets, distributing programs, and helping patrons find their seats. Volunteers pay no dues and are asked to work at least three events over the course of the year.
