This year's Hartford Business Journal 40 Under Forty honorees are doing exactly that. Representing industries ranging from manufacturing, healthcare and fi nancial services to law, technology, real estate and government, the class of 2026 is already making a signifi cant impact. They are launching companies, leading major projects, managing large teams, strengthening communities and helping Connecticut's economy grow. The 40 Under Forty program recognizes professionals who have distinguished themselves through leadership, professional achievement and community involvement before reaching the age of 40. For 30 years, it has highlighted the individuals who are helping defi ne Connecticut's future business landscape. This year, Hartford Business Journal received hundreds of nominations. After careful review by an independent panel of judges, 40 professionals were selected from organizations of all sizes across the public, private and nonprofi t sectors. We'd like to thank this year's judges for helping choose our honorees.
