GISELLE RIVE- RA-FLORES has joined Worcester Community Action Council as chief ex- ternal affairs officer. Rivera-Flores brings more than 15 years of communications experience to the newly created role. She most recently served as communications director for Massachusetts Sen. Robyn Kennedy (D-Worcester) and holds a master's degree in organizational psychology. PATRICIA REINHARDT and PAUL NASSER have been appointed to the board of directors of Framing- ham-based MutualOne Bank. Reinhardt is managing partner of advisory firm Tiller and Company and will chair the board's compensation committee while serving on its security committee. She earned a master's degree in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Nasser is president of Intercon- tinental Real Estate Corp. and will chair the board's security committee while serving on its compensation committee.
