Longer term, Heon says the resort hopes to replace the North Peak and South Ridge lifts, build a restaurant at the summit of Jordan Bowl and, in the coming decades, expand terrain beyond the bowl to create a western reserve. 'Becoming a destination' "When I think about where we're headed through 2030, sustainability and stewardship of this land and our resort are front of mind," Heon says. "Sunday River sits in one of the most naturally beautiful places in New England, and how we grow and how we operate has to honor that. at responsibility shapes every decision we make, from the investments we pursue to the partners we align with. "e 2030 vision is about becom- ing a destination that people feel just as strongly about in the summer as they do in the winter," he adds.
