Seven Hills Foundation, in Worcester
Age: 63
Employees: 3,975
Central Mass. employees: 2,365
Annual revenue: $544 million
Jordan is CEO of the largest human services nonprofit in Central Massa-
chusetts, overseeing an organization with multiple programs and divisions
designed to improve the health and economic outlook of the region's com-
munity. Since 2025, Seven Hills has reduced employee vacancy rates to their
lowest level in a decade, cut spending on temporary staff by nearly $5 million,
and continued expanding services for vulnerable populations. Jordan is now
working with Oriol Healthcare on a multigenerational campus designed to
create new supported-living options for adults with and without developmental
disabilities. - B.K.
What unique skill sets you apart from others? I have thick skin. I can have
a debate without it becoming personal or emotionally charged.
Why do you do business in Central Mass.? Central Massachusetts has it all:
great people, wonderful restaurants, a strong arts scene, a diverse workforce,
and fabulous colleges and universities.
How do you unwind? I am a genealogist and have worked on untangling my
family tree for nearly 15 years.
