Work Source Maine helps you explore career options that match your skills, interests, and ambitions, and plan your future with personalized tools for career exploration, job planning, and academic pathways. It can guide you in career explo- ration, job planning, work-based learning opportunities, postsecond- ary pathway selection, and academic planning based on your needs. For some of us, the classroom isn't where we do our best learn- ing. That's where becoming an apprentice can really make a dif- ference. Through the Registered Apprenticeship Program, you'll be matched with the right people who can put you on the best path to the career you want, while earning a paycheck, and building the life in Maine you're looking for. In a Registered Apprentice- ship, you are an employee earn- ing money while you learn skills in your chosen industry, such as: Healthcare / Construction / Manufacturing / Clean Energy and Infrastructure / Informa- tion Technology / Education / Hospitality. And fun fact — apprentices earn $300,000+ more over their lifetimes than their peers who don't complete a program. Not sure what career you are interested in?
