CCB Inc., a gen- eral contractor in Westbrook, hired Austin Schimming as a project manager. Schimming was previously with Linde Inc. Colby College in Waterville hired Nichole Price as director of the Center for Resilience and Economic Impact in Port Clyde. Price is a senior scientist and marine ecologist at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences and professor of environmental studies at the college. Summit Geoengineering Services, a geotech- nical engineering firm in Farmingdale, hired Lisa Turner as a partner. The Natural Resources Council of Maine in Augusta hired Justin Strasburger as executive director. Strasburger was most recently executive director of Full Plates Full Potential. Westbrook Housing, an affordable housing organiza- tion, hired Brent Wilson as prop- erty management director. Wilson was previously a senior property manager at the South Portland Housing Authority. Evergreen Credit Union in Portland hired Serena Carr as assistant vice president, branch manager in South Portland. CORE, a commercial real estate brokerage, promoted Ben Spencer to shareholder. Spencer is a senior vice president and leads the firm's Portland office. Franklin Savings Bank in Farmington promoted Timothy Tunney to vice presi- dent, senior com- mercial loan officer and team leader based in Ellsworth.
