Low-Income Multifamily Retrofits
Qualifying projects can now access larger incentives
for weatherization and HVAC retrofits.
Upgrading to efficient, electric HVAC systems can reduce overall emissions and energy costs. Improved
weatherization can lower heating and cooling costs further, and increase year-round comfort for tenants.
Incentives approximately 30% higher than typically provided are available for qualifying high-efficiency HVAC
systems and weatherization retrofits for low-income multifamily buildings. Informational webinars will be held
