What have been your biggest professional accomplishments so far? Among my most meaningful accomplish- ments is the experience I gained serving as financial lead on capital markets and M&A transactions, including two successful initial public offerings and multiple strategic acquisitions. My responsibilities spanned all phases of IPO readiness and execution, including enhancements to financial report- ing, internal control frameworks, capital planning, and regulatory disclosures. The M&A experience strengthened my knowledge in financial due diligence and post-merger integration to ensure seamless operational continuity. What's the next big goal you want to accomplish professionally? I am committed to sustaining the long- term strength of Windsor Federal through judicious financial stewardship, disciplined growth and the development of future leaders within our organization. Inspired by an exceptional mentor who invested in my growth early in my career, I strive to lead by example — empowering others, advocating for opportunity and creating clear path- ways for emerging leaders to succeed. What's one of the biggest professional challenges you've overcome? One of the most significant challenges in my career was balancing professional expectations and career ambitions with family responsibilities. I was intentional with my career decisions, pursuing oppor- tunities that aligned with both my values and the needs of the organization. The strength of a high-performing team and a culture grounded in shared account- ability were essential to navigating that challenge effectively. eriCa nolan Partner hurWitz sagarin & slossBerg llc E rica Nolan is a partner at the law firm Hurwitz Sagarin & Slossberg LLC in Milford, where she handles complex litigation in a boutique-firm setting. I aim to use my leadership role to help create sustainable paths for women in business, particularly by supporting mentorship, thoughtful workloads and a firm culture where professional success and family life can thrive together. What's one of the biggest profes- sional challenges you've overcome? Balancing the birth of two children while determining the right long-term career path was one of my greatest challenges. Finding a firm that supported my vision for meaningful work, leadership and family life allowed me to build a career that feels both authentic and built to last. How are you involved in the community? In addition to being involved in my children's school community, I serve as a coach for a middle school mock trial team, achieving repeated state championship success.
