an industry resource, offering hous-
ing data and research.

affordable housing scholarships to
resident students nationwide pur-

receive up to three paid volunteer
days each year. HAI Group also hosts
a family through Make-A-Wish. In
December, it holds a holiday raffle —
with prizes such as TVs, grills and gift
cards — with proceeds used to buy
gifts for public housing residents.
Good Times: HAI Group pays for
meals during Food Truck Fridays, held
every other week during the summer.
Days Off: e organization has a one-
week shutdown in the summer and
another during the holidays. Employ-
ees with up to five years of service get
13 days off. at amount increases to
23 days for 15 years or more.
Giving Back: As a nonprofit, many
employees give additional time to the
mission and partner organizations.
Employee Benefits: e organiza-
tion pays 74% of medical costs for
employees and 25% for dependents.
For dental coverage, Habitat pays
25% for both and 25% vision cover-
age for employees.
