Under the Commercial and Industrial Prescriptive Initiatives program, businesses, non-
profits, multifamily buildings, schools, and municipalities can access incentives for energy
efficiency solutions that can deliver long-term energy savings and improved reliability.
Eligible solutions include certain heat pumps and biomass technologies for heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); compressed air system components; heat pump
water heaters; commercial refrigeration equipment; lighting retrofits; and more.
