At Sundin, Sweeney will design and create marketing materials and collateral within the company's art department. Sweeney graduated with her master's degree from the American University of Paris, her bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, and her associates degree from Austin Community College in Texas. JOHNNY REINA has joined the Worcester Red Sox as the team's new assistant hitting coach. Reina joins the WooSox from his role as assistant hitting coach for the Portland Sea Dogs. He previously played as an infielder for Morehead State Univer- sity in Kentucky and Tusculum University in Tennessee. DAVID VIENS has joined the litigation group of Worcester-based law firm Mirick as an attorney. With nearly two decades of experience as a business lawyer and com- mercial litigator, Viens previously worked as partner at Boston law firm Kenney & Sams representing commercial property owners and developers. He graduated with his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and his bachelor's degree from University of Rochester. TIM PALARDY has been named vice president of sales and busi- ness development at Greenwood Industries, out of Worcester. In his new position, Palardy will manage the company's sales efforts, including implementing strategies, pro- cesses, and partnering with operations. Palardy comes to Greenwood Industries having most recently worked at New York-based Bay Crane Cos. in the same capacity as vice president of sales and business development. The North Central Massachusetts Cham- ber of Commerce, based in Fitchburg, has hired four new people. CORINA "CORY" WELLS has been named loan operations administrator of the North Central Massachusetts Develop- ment Corp., the economic development arm of the chamber. In her role, Wells will manage microlending and revolving loan fund operations. She graduated with both her master's and bachelor's degrees from Southern New Hampshire University. JON ASHLEY has been hired as the chamber's marketing and communications manager. Ashley most recently worked as the sales marketing and business development manager at Celerity DCX, a consulting firm out of Boston. He graduat- ed with his master's degree from Boston University and his bachelor's degree from University of Chester in England. JESSI- CA YAKUSIK has assumed her role as executive assistant at the chamber. In her position, Yakusik will offer board support and perform administrative tasks for the chamber and its affiliates. She is currently studying for her associate's degree at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. ORIANA CABAS JIMENEZ has joined the chamber as an intern for the spring 2026 semester. As an intern, Cabas Jimenez will work on projects with the chamber's programs and events manager; and marketing manager. She is a communications media major at Fitchburg State University. DETRA GLINATSIS has rejoined Rentschler Bio- pharma, a Germa- ny-based manufac- turer with a facility in Milford, as the com- pany's U.S. head of business develop- ment, a newly-creat- ed position. Glinatsis previously served as vice president, business development at Northway Biotech in Waltham.
