The University of Maine at Farmington partnered with the River Management Society in Takoma Park, Md., to offer the River Studies and Leadership Certificate, creat- ing opportunities for students to explore the multi-disciplinary founda- tions of careers studying, managing and protecting rivers. The Finance Authority of Maine in Augusta announced the 24 allo- catees for the newly recapitalized 2026 Maine New Markets Capital Investment Program.
