Hackenberg most recently worked at Middlesex Savings Bank in Westborough as online banking supervisor, officer. She graduated with bachelor's degrees from both Assumption University in Worcester and UMass Amherst. MEAGHAN BORYS and EMILY WEBER have been named partners at Bowditch & Dewey, a Worcester-based law firm. Borys joined Bowditch in 2024 from her role as an associate at a Boston-based firm. At Bowditch, Borys serves as an employment and higher education attorney, conducting internal investigations and supporting clients with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and compliance cases. Weber came to Bowditch in 2024, having previously practiced family law throughout several Massachusetts firms. As a family law attorney at Bowditch, Weber represents clients facing high- conflict custody issues, including those with complex financial aspects, such as business valuations and trusts. Dr. DAVID DOSA and ANDREW TAPPER have become endowed chairs at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. Dosa, a professor of medicine and chief of the Division of Geriatric Medicine, has been named the Meyers chair in geriatric medicine. Dosa began working at UMass Chan in 2024, having earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Tapper, the director of UMass Chan's Brudnick Neuropsychiatric Research Institute, has been named the Brudnick family chair in neuropsychiatry. Tapper joined the university in 2012, having graduated from the University of California, Riverside with his bachelor's and master's degrees, and he earned his doctorate in pharmacology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville. COURTNEY SULLIVAN has been promoted to chief of staff at Associated Industries of Massachusetts, headquartered in Boston. Sullivan originally joined AIM as vice president of administration in January 2024. She previously served as program coordinator in the commissioner's office at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. J. R. Prunier Capital Management has hired attorney DONALD SIENKIEWICZ to the Holden-based firm. In his new role, Sienkiewicz will offer clients financial guidance and long-term planning support. Sienkiewicz became a certified financial planner in 2020 and has practiced law for more than two decades. RACHEL HELLER has been appointed the executive director of the Boston-based Massachusetts Housing Partnership, beginning on March 30. Heller presently works as CEO of Citizens' Housing & Planning Association, also headquartered in Boston. In her new capacities, Heller will work to ameliorate the affordable housing crisis in Massachusetts. JANUSZ ADAM PUC has joined ERA Key Realty Services as a realtor at the firm's Framingham office. Puc previously worked at AffyImmune Therapeutics as a senior scientist and at Pillar Biosciences as a research scientist, both out of Natick. He graduated from Hunter College in New York City with his bachelor's degree and earned his doctoral degree from Medical University of Warsaw. MutualOne Bank has named JESSICA REED as chairperson of the Framingham- based bank's board of directors. Reed serves as a partner at Alta Equity Partners in Concord. She graduated from Babson College in Babson Park with her bachelor's degree and studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
