Milligan succeeds David Obedzinski, who retired after eight years leading the foundation. She most recently served as the organization's director of philan- thropy and has spent her entire career at the foundation. J.P. Morgan Wealth Management has named Franz Warren regional director for the upstate New England region. He will oversee financial advi- sors and market directors in Chase branches in Hartford and New Canaan, along with Rhode Island and other areas throughout New England. Franz has been with the firm for 15 years, and most recently served as regional director for the New York north and New England region. J.P. Morgan Wealth Management has named John Pannozzo regional director for the Hudson metro region. He will lead financial advisors and market directors in Chase branches in areas including Stamford, Greenwich and New Canaan. National accounting and consulting firm CBIZ has appointed Bruce Ditman as national leader of industries. Based in New Haven, Ditman will help lead the firm's industry-focused strategy across its national profes- sional services platform, including its Connecticut operations. Ditman has more than 20 years of experience in professional services. He previously served as founder and managing partner of Chief Seconds LLC and was chief marketing officer of Marcum LLP from 2010 to 2021. Connecticut Children's Medical Center has named longtime banker and community advocate James Fanelli as chair of the Connecticut Chil- dren's Foundation Board of Directors. He succeeds West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor, who completed a four-year term. Fanelli served on the organization's corporate board of directors from 2015 to 2024, including three years as vice chair. He recently retired as managing and market director with Bank of America Private Bank, where he advised families and nonprofit institutions on financial and philanthropic strategy for more than 40 years.
