We provide individualized instruction to students in their own homes as they work on academics, practical life skills, and in some cases, parenting. We serve more than 75 Maine youth each year. By the time they graduate they consis- tently report increased confidence, life skills, job skills, community connection and work readiness. Sweetser is a behavioral health nonprofit that provides evidence-based treatment, support, and hope through a statewide network of community-based mental health, recovery, and edu- cational services.
