As we head into the second half of the decade, anyone in the business community knows it's helpful if you're nimble and can change with the times — whether it throws you a pandemic, a recession or just new regula- tions and challenges. e 2026 Mainebiz Book of Lists helps make sense of the business world in Maine. You'll see new leaders (updated even as we were going to press). It's possible no list reflects as many changes as the largest law firms list (on Page 66), which has a new top firm and several new managing partners. For a quick overview, we offer the "List toppers," which starts on Page 6. e lists run in focus sections throughout the year, and are compiled and updated for this publication.
