wedding date but Massachusetts climate data
is complex.
While many enjoy a fresh dusting of snow
the day they say "I do," others find they're more
likely to need an umbrella than snow boots on
their way to the ceremony. And while some may
find their wedding day warmer than expected,
others could face arctic temperatures, according
the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and
Wildlife.
Average winter temperatures have increased
by 3 degrees Fahrenheit, a number that will
likely continue to rise
The winter season is shorter, with fall shifting
later and spring shifting earlier, each by about
a week
Incidents of extreme cold days are increasing
Massachusetts winters are expected to see
more precipitation falling as rain rather than
snow, and fewer days with snow cover on the
ground
