LAN, an elopement at
Worcester City Hall was
a natural choice. "We live
in Worcester and love the character and
community here, so it felt only right to
celebrate such an important milestone
in the heart of the city," says Eshna. On a
sunny and crisp November day, the two
exchanged vows privately – just as they
both hoped. Eshna did her own make-
up. Later that day, they went home and
snuggled their dog Brockli, basking in
the experience of their private elope-
ment – their idea of a perfect wedding
day.
HOW WE MET
We met through mutual friends and
clicked instantly. We talked for hours the
first time we met. The next day, we had
our first date, at Chipotle, and we knew
this was something special.
THE PROPOSAL
There wasn't a big proposal. We both
knew early on that we wanted to spend
the rest of our lives together. When the
time was right, we picked out our rings
together.
THE WEDDING DAY
The simplicity of our wedding is what
made it so special. We eloped, just the
two of us, surrounded by the beautiful
architecture of the building. It was ex-
actly how we wanted it: intimate, mean-
ingful, and stress-free.
SPECIAL TOUCHES
Our biggest personal touch was the
surprise factor. We didn't tell our fam-
ilies ahead of time. Later, we had a ca-
sual gathering with friends and family
to celebrate, which was really special.
And our dog didn't make it to City Hall,
but we treated him to a special meal and
extra cuddle time. He shared in our hap-
piness in his own way!

Walking out of City Hall, just the two
of us, excited for the life we were start-
ing together. n
