Woods has joined Harris Beach Murtha as senior counsel in the firm's commercial real estate practice. Woods advises developers, lenders, corporations and nonprofits on the finance, purchase, sale and leasing of commercial properties. He has represented institutional lenders and private equity firms, and handled a range of transactions including loan and lease agreements. Before private practice, Woods served as general manager and attorney for a small business overseeing 30 employees and multiple locations. AnnaMaria Hubbard, branch manager for Liberty Bank's Middle- town office, has been named a "New Leader in Banking" by the Connecticut Bankers Association. One of 15 honorees statewide, Hubbard was recognized for her leadership and community service. A Liberty employee since 2017, she advanced from universal banker to branch manager in 2024. LeAnn Hanfield Curtin has been promoted to senior vice president of development at Beacon Commu- nities, where she now leads the firm's Boston-based team and oversees a 2,000-unit pipeline in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is currently guiding adaptive reuse housing projects in New Haven — Brewery Square and The Atwater at Ninth Square. She previously served as vice president at WinnDevelopment. Branford First Selectman James B. Cosgrove has been appointed to the Connecticut Green Bank's board of directors by House Repub- lican Leader Vincent Candelora. Cosgrove, who has led Branford since 2013, brings experience in project management, budgeting and contracting from his career in the construction industry. Cindy Wang has joined law firm Goldberg Segalla's civil litigation and trial group in Hartford. She handles premises and product liability, personal injury and other civil matters. Wang previously clerked for the Connecticut Superior Court and holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech. Connecticut Wealth Management (CTWM) has merged with Conry Asset Management, a Kensing- ton-based advisory firm founded in 1992. Conry principal Brendan T. Conry and his son Brendan J.
