Cornerstones of the community Cynthia Gray is the founder and owner of the Worcester consulting firm Gray's Analysis, where she's hired by firms in a variety of industries to solve complex operational problems. She is a 2024 Outstanding Women in Business alumna. Molly Brown is a partner and financial planner ClearPath Financial Partners in Northborough, where she helped grow the independent firm to $200 million in assets under management. She is a member of the WBJ 40 Under Forty, Class of 2025. Rita Kapur is the president of Auburn manufacturer Atech Turbine Components, where she is focused on leading strategic transformation of the global maintenance, repair, and overhaul aerospace sector.
