In a spa-like environment, the center offers a setting designed for comfort and support, with a model intended to give women access to more comprehensive, coordinated care. What have been the organization's signif- icant accomplishments in the past year? is year, we secured more than 500 five-star reviews, welcomed thousands of new clients — many from under- served populations — and expanded our team with new hires. We earned grants and invested in staff development, including perinatal certification for therapists and doula professional training. We also launched clinical-grade, natural supplements to provide healthier, evidence-based options for prevention and long-term wellness. Our model delivers more efficient, cost-ef- fective care while emphasizing prevention. Beyond medical services, we've helped clients build connections, earn promo- tions, gain acceptance into universities and so much more. We are advancing women's health and creating opportuni- ties for generational change. What are some major challenges the organization had to overcome? We started this practice with no finances or oversight — just two first-generation leaders in Waterbury determined to make a difference. We invested our life savings, which includes an entire police pension, believing in our innovative approach. rough resilience, teamwork and community trust, we transformed obstacles into a thriving, groundbreaking healthcare model. At its core, LIVE EVERY DAY exists to help people move better and live fuller lives. e practice is dedicated to patient care, but equally committed to supporting the team who deliver that care. rough mentorship, career devel- opment and a culture that prioritizes growth, LIVE EVERY DAY helps team members avoid stagnation and continue to evolve in their roles. What have been the organization's signif- icant accomplishments in the past year? is past year, our team has expanded patient care beyond the clinic walls. We launched innovative programs that bridge rehabilitation and wellness, helping patients sustain progress long after discharge. We've also maintained a model of 1:1, patient-centered care that prioritizes outcomes and deep relationships. A key driver is our national leadership in the clinical education space. LIVE EVERY DAY has pioneered layered learning models, mentored dozens of new clinical instructors and created pathways that ensure the next generation of physical therapists is prepared to deliver excellence in their care. What are some major challenges the organization has overcome? Like many in health care, burnout is a real threat. We tackled it by investing in mentorship, clinical education and leadership development. By fostering growth and shared owner- ship, we turned a challenge into resil- ience — sustaining both our providers and the patients they serve.
