Notable career highlights include representing the seller of land to a professional baseball team, representing a large hospital in purchasing another local hospital, and representing a lender in a $22.7-million loan for construction of a new Worcester County apartment complex. Coffey's expertise draws from her unique background as former claims counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Co., where she developed deep experience in real estate title issues. This background allows her to identify potential problems early in transactions.
