President & CEO, John Thomasian 4 0 U N D E R F O R T Y Sarah Harrington, 31 Director of marketing ATG - Advantage Truck Group, in Shrewsbury Residence: Easton Birthplace: Framingham Colleges: Assumption University, Clark University Sarah Harrington leads marketing and communications for ATG, including at more than 55 trade shows, expositions, and conferences. During the com- pany's expansion from a single dealership in Shrewsbury to eight locations throughout the Northeast, she launched an integrated marketing plan and rebranding strategy, including new campaigns and digital strategies. She has turned ATG's signature community initiative, its Haulin' 4 Hunger program, into a philanthropic force donating 98,000 meals to food pantries across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont this year. Under her leadership, donations have increased by over 400%, commu- nity participation and employee involvement have more than tripled, and sponsor contributions have grown by 45% year-over-year. What began in 2012 with 200 holiday meals has evolved into a program providing nearly $170,000 worth of food to those in need. She expanded the initiative in 2021 to include quarterly donations to food pantries near each of ATG's locations across three states. When she was a graduate assistant at Clark University, she co-authored research exploring deliberately developmental organization models and presented findings in Warsaw, Poland. She was subsequently invited to develop and teach a master's-level communication course, demonstrating her expertise in building practical, real-world educational experiences. What actor would play you in a movie? Jennifer Garner Best place to relax in Central Mass.? Gardening is so calming and centering for me, so I'd say a walk around New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill. What lesson do you want to pass onto the next generation? Stay true to your core values and let them guide your decisions. In a world full of noise, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters to you. Who would you most like to meet in the next 40 years? Beyonce, always. Except I probably would freeze in awe. Nicholas Rocheleau, 37 Director of engineering Rocheleau Tool & Die, in Fitchburg Residence: Leominster Birthplace: Leominster Colleges: Fitchburg State University, UMass Lowell Nicholas Rocheleau combines technical expertise with visionary leader- ship as director of engineering at the fourth-generation family business that bears his name. His breakthrough came in 2018 when he and his father developed a new model machine showcased at the National Plastics Exposition in Orlando, the largest platform the company had ever built. This innovation opened doors to new markets and earned him recognition as a Rising Star Under 35 by Plastics News in 2019. Following his father's retirement in June 2024, Rocheleau assumed full responsibility as head of engineering and immediately introduced features enabling the production of large-volume industrial containers. His ability to break complex situations into simpler forms has driven both design innovations and strategic decision-making throughout his career. During COVID, he helped lead the company's commitment to build 50 machines for testing kit production. Rocheleau serves as executive board member for the Society of Plastics Engineers Blow Molding Division and plans to serve on the Plastics Advisory Board for UMass Lowell. Would you choose to be the oldest sibling, middle sibling, youngest sibling, or an only child? As a middle sibling, I'm going with middle! It's playing both the older and younger sibling roles all in one. Favorite Central Mass. community? For me, it's Leominster, a com- munity that raised me and my family, rich in diversity, talent, and tradition! Who helped you the most in your professional journey? I owe every bit of credit for anything I do to my wife. She supports me, holds me to the standard I deserve, and constantly reminds me of what we're capable of together. Proudest moment? Watching my children grow into the kind, fun, and confident little people they're becoming may be cliché, but it's truly something special.
