Main Street Bank has hired three new vice presidents to support growth throughout the Marlborough-based bank's Worcester and Boston markets. JEFF STEWART has been hired as senior vice president, cash management services. With more than two decades of banking experience, Stewart will provide treasury management services to the Main Street's business partners and commercial clients. He most recently worked as first vice pres- ident, treasury management at Cambridge Trust Co. GAYLE PETTY has been hired as vice president, regional director, business relationships. In her new role, Petty will cre- ate new deposits and cash management relationships for businesses, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals in addition to aiding Main Street's community involve- ment initiatives. She most recently worked at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts Univer- sity, rounding out her more than 30-year tenure with the Medford-based institution as manager/core unit associate director. MICHAEL AROCA has joined Main Street as assistant vice president, client sales and service officer. In his new capacities, Aroca will manage new commercial and high-net- worth client onboarding and servicing. He has previously worked at Boston-based Peoples Federal Savings Bank, Rockland Trust, Cambridge Trust Co., Eastern Bank, and Wellesley Bank. MARY DEAN, president and CEO of Clinton Savings Bank, has been appointed to two Worcester County nonprofit boards, assuming her roles at the Worcester Busi- ness Development Corp., an organization supporting Worcester businesses to foster economic growth, and the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, a Fitchburg-based charity managing charitable funds. Oxford-based bankHometown has pro- moted employees JASON HOWARD and JENNA THEBEAU. Howard has assumed his new role as branch manager at bank- Hometown's Sturbridge office. After having originally joined the bank in 2017 as a float teller, he most recently worked as senior assistant branch manager at the bank's Putnam, Connecticut office. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in history from Central Connecticut State University and his master's degree in education from Quinnip- iac University in Connecticut.
