Vivian Pereda serves as director of CampusCare Operations at Hartford HealthCare, overseeing student health, counseling and sports medicine services across seven Connecticut college campuses. Under her leadership, CampusCare has facilitated more than 21,000 student healthcare encounters, ensuring Jonathan Perillo is a recognized security leader known for aligning risk manage- ment with business strategy. A Marine Corps veteran and ASIS Triple Crown holder, he builds empowered, high-per- forming teams that deliver security-driven insights to advance organizational goals. Perillo serves on the ASIS North American Regional Board of Directors, is a member of the TINYg leadership team and regularly speaks at industry events, championing security as a timely, integrated care through Hartford HealthCare's expansive network. Pereda collaborates closely with academic insti- tutions to develop customized health and wellness programs that align with each campus' unique culture and needs. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? My most significant professional achievement is the tangible impact of CampusCare — from arranging same-day specialist appointments for student-athletes to enable them to compete, to identifying life-threatening conditions during clinic visits and coor- dinating immediate emergency care, thereby safeguarding student health and wellbeing. What do you like to do outside of work? I volunteer with security organizations to help elevate the industry and give back to the professional community. With my wife, I stay active in our children's lives, from sports to school events and every - thing in between. If there is any time left, I enjoy working on my hopeless golf game.
