Cieslak is also an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH). She regularly conducts independent workplace investigations and Title IX investigations. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? I, along with my mentors and colleagues at Rose Kallor, have litigated complex legal matters for government agencies. It's an honor to work with public agen- cies because representing them has a broader purpose in serving the commu- nity because integral to such entities' mission is public service. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? I helped develop and launch Munger Construction's Tier II Leadership Team to mentor emerging talent and ensure long-term continuity. This initiative is now central to the company's succes- sion strategy and earned recognition alongside the Hartford Business Journal's Family Business Award win, reinforcing Munger's legacy as a purpose-driven, future-focused organization. Why do you deserve to be a 40 Under Forty? • Built an internal leadership team to mentor rising professionals and help drive Munger Construction's long-term succession and growth strategy. • Helped expand Munger's footprint beyond Connecticut while overseeing business operations for one of North America's top 100 metal builders. • Committed to continuous improvement through leadership certifications, peer advisory groups and programs like Vistage, Sandler Training and the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT's Leadership Program. Samanta Descombes-Roseme, a regis- tered nurse, co-founded Assured Quality Homecare in 2016 after witnessing the harm untrained caregivers caused during her hospice work. Disturbed by the lack of standards in Connecticut's home-care system, she designed a model that prioritizes safety and training, requiring all caregivers to be certified before entering a client's home. Today, she leads award-winning teams Andrew DiSilvestro is president/owner of AmeriTech Contracting, a federal general contracting firm. An Air Force veteran serving as senior enlisted leader for the 103d Civil Engineering Squadron, he fuses military precision with strategic vision to execute com- plex federal construction projects and build high-performing teams. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? My proudest accomplishment is building a mission-driven home-care agency that consistently delivers on its promise. What do you like to do outside of work? I pour into what matters most — my family. A devoted wife and hands-on mom of three, I am present at every event, val- ues-driven at home and always serving. From mentoring women to cooking meals to growing personally, I live with purpose. What's been your biggest professional accomplishment so far in your career? I took over AmeriTech as it faced closure with no backlog or revenue. Within two months, I secured $10 million in contracts. Under my leadership, the company has grown from one employee to more than 70 in three years and has been transformed into a thriving, well-respected, fast- growing federal contracting business.
