Rebuild & Reimagine Our Campus for Innovation Girls Inc. of Worcester is investing in capital improvements that foster innovation, including a state-of-the- art Teaching Kitchen and redesigned classrooms to support hands-on STEM, arts, and wellness programming. ese spaces will serve as incubators for creativity, confidence, and career readiness at the earliest ages starting at 5 years old. 2. Expand Career Exploration rough Internships & Apprenticeships We aim to ensure every teen participant has access to high-quality, real-world work experiences through expanded internships, apprenticeships, and partnerships with local businesses, colleges, and industry leaders. 3. Extend Our Impact rough College-Age Programming We are growing beyond high school to support girls through college and early career stages—offering mentorship, networking, and workforce development that sustains long-term success. 4. Integrate Wellness & Behavioral Health Across All Programs From kindergarten to college-age, we're embedding trauma-informed care, social-emotional learning, and wellness supports across all programs— ensuring each girl has the tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 5. Create an Equitable Pipeline for Future Leaders Our vision is to close opportunity gaps by building a pipeline of bold, prepared, and empowered young women ready to lead. rough capital investments and community partnerships, we're ensuring every girl has access to spaces and experiences that build her future. 6. Strengthen Our Model While Keeping Programs Affordable We are actively diversifying our nonprofit revenue streams to ensure long-term sustainability while continuing to provide low-cost, high- impact programs that are accessible to families of all income levels—because every girl deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of her circumstances. Join us throughout FY26 as we honor our history and invest in the future with five inspiring events: • 110th Reunion (Sept. 13, 2025): A homecoming for alumnae, former staff, and volunteers. Sponsorships welcome. • 2nd Annual Galentine's Celebration (Feb. 2026): A night for "gals and pals" with fun, raffles, and giving. Sponsorships available, tickets, raffle prizes. • 110th Girls Celebration Birthday Bash (Apr. 2026): Our biggest fundraiser of the year! Sponsorships, tickets sales and raffle prizes • Eureka! GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Girls Inc. of Worcester conducts three major annual appeals directed to individuals and local businesses: Fall (October), End-of-Year (November), and Spring (March/April). ese appeals are mailed, and online donations are gratefully accepted year- round through our website. Donors may also give through payroll deduction via their company's charitable campaign. Many employers offer matching gis for employee donations and volunteer hours—just ask your HR department. We also gratefully accept gis through Donor Advised Funds and gis of securities. We do accept in-kind donations, but due to limited storage capacity, we kindly ask that donors contact us in advance. Examples of needed items include school supplies in the fall, camp supplies in the summer and new laptops, dorm essentials, or gi cards for our May College & Career Shower supporting Eureka! graduates. Support from individuals, businesses, and the community helps us inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold—and your gi makes a lasting impact . VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Use your professional skills to inspire and empower girls in our community. Explore these impactful ways to get involved: 1. Host an Intern Provide a high school or college- aged girl with a 4–8 week internship for hands-on experience and career exploration; 2. Join the Event Planning Committee Help plan Girls Inc. fundraising and community events using your creativity, logistics skills, or network; 3. Run a Professional Workshop Lead a 90-minute evening workshop in your field—marketing, STEM, public speaking, design thinking, and more; 4. Mentor a College Student Support a Girls Inc. alumna in college with monthly check-ins, career guidance, and encouragement; 5.
