Building a new, state-of-the-art facility in Great Brook Valley through our "A Club to Call Home" capital campaign, expanding our daily capacity from 50 kids to 500. e new Club will also support the greater North Worcester community with programs for adults and families, as well as vital resources. 5. Grow our endowment to $10M by 2035 to ensure that we can offer a state-of-the-art facility, impactful programs and services, and stay on solid financial ground for another 136 years. FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES Past, Present and Future: Alumni & Friends event, September 25, 2025: We encourage alumni to sponsor our event. You can also purchase a sponsorship in honor of an alum. Holiday Giving, November– December 2025: Donate gis/gi cards, adopt a family, or make a monetary donation to help provide presents and meals for 2,000+ children and 250+ families this season. Festival of Trees, December 4–6, 2025: Sponsorship opportunities, donate a tree, buy a raffle ticket to try to win one, or an admission ticket to view our winter wonderland. Alumni Hall of Fame induction, June 2026: Sponsorship opportunities, donate in honor of an inductee. Annual Graduation Ceremony— and scholarship presentation—for our high school seniors, June 2026: Sponsorship opportunities, donate in honor of a graduate. Women's Leadership Breakfast, March 2026: Sponsorship opportunities. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Named gi opportunities are available at both the Harrington Clubhouse in Main South Worcester and our Great Brook Valley site, including sponsorship of a new community mural. Sponsors are also needed for our special events throughout the year. We conduct fall, year-end, and spring annual appeals via mail, and online giving is available 24/7 at www. bgcworcester.org/donate. Additional giving opportunities are featured in our monthly eNewsletter. Individual and corporate donations of food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and paper goods help sustain our food pantry, which remains open to all local families in need. Contributions of toys for our Holiday Giving program, warm winter clothing, and back-to-school supplies also make a meaningful impact on our Club members and their families. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Kids Café: Sponsor a meal for 300 created by our chef, serve dinner to Club kids, or prepare a meal, e.g. a cookout, for our members. Timeframe: Weekdays year-round, lunch (summer) or dinner (school year). Job Shadowee: Allow teens to shadow employees, to see firsthand the real- world scope of a field that interests them. Timeframe: Weekday aernoon(s) year-round, 2–3 hours, workplace. Run a workshop/be a guest speaker on resume writing, field entry requirements, interview tips, college prep topic, etc. Timeframe: Weekday aernoon(s)/ evening(s) year-round, 1–2 hours, Club.
