Guftafson resigned as president of the largest hospital in Central Massachusetts in July 2023 and assumed the role of CEO of The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare in Boston. After working to keep Milford Regional as an independent medical system, Kelly decided to merge the organization with UMass Memorial Health to expand its resources. The merger was finalized in October 2024. After serving as interim president at WPI, Soboyejo in October 2023 became the president of SUNY Polytechnic Institute in New York. Grady took over as president and CEO of Alliance Health in 2016.
