TIM FOLEY has joined UMass Memorial Health as the Worcester healthcare sys- tem's new vice president of government relations. Foley most recently served as executive vice president and Massa- chusetts division director of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, the 85,000-members labor union he has held positions with for nearly two decades. Previously, he has held roles including campaign manager and mobilization coor- dinator for gubernatorial and state senate campaigns. Cornerstone Bank in Worcester has hired JEN CONRAD as its senior vice presi- dent, director of commercial services. In her new capacities, Conrad will manage on-boarding and retainment of new and existing business and nonprofit and municipal clients while working with customers to deliver a range of products and services.
