The Connecticut Data Collaborative (CTData) announced the appointment of Keely Jones Stater to the position of program evaluation specialist, with a primary focus on working with orga- nizations to identify key program goals and design a framework to measure and eval- uate program impact. Stater has a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Notre Dame and a research focus on housing. She has worked in academia, research and advocacy nonprofits, and consulting firms over the course of her career, including more than a decade with the Public and Affordable Housing Research Corp. in Connecticut. Movers & Shakers Rocky Hill civil engineering firm Martinez Couch & Associates has promoted two employees to design engineer: Samuel Couch and Frank Villar. Couch provides civil engineering services and designs for a wide range of projects, including schools, resi- dential and commercial developments, public infrastructure projects, and sea level rise anal- ysis and hardening. Villar is involved in the analysis, design and construction phase services of a variety of projects, including municipal and commercial developments. The Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce has welcomed three new directors to its board. They include: Christine Koster (Westfield Bank), Jeffrey Musumano (Bristol Event Center) and David Wildman (Hartford HealthCare). Meantime, Michael Sweeney, vice president, commercial lender at Torrington Savings Bank, was elected board chair.
