We are extremely proud of our record of adapt- ing the business to meet changing customer demands. At its inception, Park City Packaging was primarily a service business that offered contract packing for the aerospace and defense industries. What are your family values, and how do they contribute to your business success? A deep and enduring emphasis on effort is central to the Polzello family identity, and is something that also extends to our business. We expect all Park City Packaging employees to focus on approaching each day with an effort-first mentality, and we believe a high level of effort can make up for gaps in skills, capacity and capability. How do you see your business changing in the next five years? Military compliance packaging is a big part of our business. With the advent of AI systems that have the ability to read and interpret unstructured data, we expect AI to play a significant role in the contract review process in years to come. Dom's offers a wide variety of artisan coffee, cheese and ice cream. The shops have become valued gathering places for professionals, families and friends, providing quality products in a welcoming setting in Avon. Tell us a bit about your recent accomplishments. Opening Dom's Creamery in 2022 was a signifi- cant achievement for us. COVID had slowed our goals of opening sooner, but its opening was a much-anticipated milestone for the community. The shop has provided employment opportu- nities and allowed us to expand our growing hospitality and catering business. The creamery space can accommodate events like bridal and baby showers, in addition to private meetings and professional groups.
