Haley Ward Inc., an employee- owned professional engineer- ing, architecture, environmental, planning and surveying consulting firm in Bangor, announced that it was listed No. 433 on Engineering News-Record's "Top 500 Design Firms" list. Maine Trailer in Hampden announced that it was a final- ist for "Dealer of the Year" in the inaugural North American Trailer Dealers Association Industry Excellence Awards for 2024. The Associated General Contractors of Maine recognized exemplary construction companies and their employees with the 2025 Build Maine Awards. In the building division, Turner Construction Co. was recognized for the Malone Family Tower at Maine Medical Center in Portland; in the build- ing renovation division, Consigli Construction Co. earned top honors for the ompson Block Project; N.S. Giles was called out in the specialty-subcontractor division for the Back Cove South Storage Facility; Reed & Reed Inc. was tops in the bridge division for the Madawaska International Bridge; and Wright-Ryan Construction was named the "Overall Project of the Year" award winner for the Tekαkαpimək Contact Station at Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument.
