The new two- story facility will provide a variety of flexible spaces for employees engaged in team- based and individual work, and includes collaboration areas and huddle spaces along with traditional desk options. The goal is to support onsite and hybrid workers in an expanded and innova- tive office environment. Lounges, a café and conference rooms will be included. "As many employers consider how to leverage the flexibility of technology and the innovation that comes from in-person collaboration, flexible facilities like this offer a great solution,» said Matt Cooke, president and CEO of PC Construction. Design for the Martin's Point site is by Portland-based SMRT Architects and Engineers. Site work is being handled by Sebago Technics of South Portland. The project is targeted for completion in early 2027.
