Knickerbocker Group, a design-build firm in Boothbay, promoted Katryn Mitchell to vice president. Mitchell was previously operations project manager. Kennebec Savings Bank in Augusta promoted Natusha Fate to assistant vice president and retail operations director. Fate was previously branch- operations manager. Partners Bank in Sanford promoted Anthony Cataldi to president, effec- tive July 1, and CEO, effective Oct. 1. Cataldi currently serves as executive vice president and COO.
