The American Heart Association in Maine in Augusta hired Whitney Parrish Perry as Maine's government rela- tions director. Most recently, Perry served as executive/operations direc- tor at Maine Access Points. Maine Historical Society in Portland hired Lauren Webster as director of audience engagement, Maureen Duggan Emery as philanthropy manager and Sophie Bray as donor engagement and events specialist. Lynch Group, a fam- ily-owned holding company in Bangor managing several businesses in trans- portation, logistics, data management and commercial real estate, hired Sam Froelich as direc- tor of records management center and shredding on site. Previously, Froelich was director of business development at Paper Transport. CORE, a real estate firm in Portland, hired Corey Jones as associate vice presi- dent of the firm's Acquisitions Division. The Maine Business School at UMaine hired Andrew King as director of MaineMBA pro- gram. King was most recently director of graduate studies at the University of Southern Maine. Gideon Asen, a personal injury and medical malpractice firm in Auburn, hired Jeffrey Wright as COO. Collins, who joined the medical center in in June 2024 as vice president of Oncology Services, was previously interim president. First National Bank in Damariscotta promoted Jody Brown to executive vice president and chief risk officer and Marcia Benner to executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Sargent Corp., an employee- owned general contractor in Orono, promoted Carey Sheehan to vice president accounting and administration. Sheehan previously served as controller. Howell Laboratories Inc. in Bridgton, with divisions GDL Powder Coating and ODAT Machine, promoted Angela Gillespie to COO for all three divisions. Gillespie was pre- viously vice president for Howell Laboratories Inc. Q-Team Tree Service in Naples promoted Aaron Gosselin to president. Gosselin was previously gen- eral manager.
