Nonprofit The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp has named Lynn Fusco and Jeffrey H. Horstman as board co-chairs. The Ashford-based camp also welcomed actress Ana VillafaƱe and Erin Rodliff to serve as board members. Fusco is president of New Haven-based construction develop- ment firm Fusco Corp. Horstman, who joined the board in 2022, was both an executive in finance and founder of a nonprofit on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Rodliff is a senior vice president at Travelers. Glastonbury-based Accounting Resources Inc. (ARI) has promoted Valerie Cinkovic to the position of human resources director. Since joining ARI nearly three years ago, Cinkovic has expanded the company's HR practice and enhanced its internal HR infrastructure. She was formerly an attorney. Milford-based boutique law firm Hurwitz Sagarin Slossberg & Knuff LLP has expanded its employment prac- tice with the addition of veteran employ- ment attorney Gary Phelan. Joining the firm as a partner, Phelan brings more than 35 years of experience advocating for indi- viduals and businesses in complex workplace disputes. He joins the firm from Mitchell & Sheahan P.C. in Stratford. throughout the bank. Krissy Tait was promoted to officer, corporate secretary. She joined the bank in 2012 as a teller and was quickly promoted to accounts payable specialist in the finance department, prior to becoming an accounting generalist. The Home Builders and Remod- elers Association of Connecticut (HBRA-CT) announced that Anthony DeRosa has been installed as presi- dent and chairman of the board of directors. DeRosa has 25-plus years of industry expe- rience. In that time, he built award-win- ning new homes and remodels as a project manager, partner and owner. The United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut has named Brandon Emerson chief philanthropy officer.
