Thomas College in Waterville said that James Libby, business profes- sor, was appointed to the Maine Intelligence Task Force by Maine Senate President Matthea Daughtry. Libby also serves as member of the Maine Senate, representing District 22 (parts of Cumberland, Oxford and Cumberland counties). Spurwink, a nonprofit in Portland that provides a broad range of behavioral health care, substance use disorder services and support services for people of all ages, abilities and back- grounds, and their families, added Corrie Brown and Cynthia Curry to its board of directors. Brown is executive director at Healthy Androscoggin while Curry is director of the National Center on Accessible Digital Educational Materials & Instruction at the Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice at Utah State University.
