Worcester law firm Mirick O'Connell has hired attorneys KEVIN O'CONNOR and ERIN BOUCHER. O'Connor has joined Mirick as a partner in its business litiga- tion group at the firm's Boston office. He represents businesses, officers, and shareholders in disputes including those involving securities, corporate governance, and fiduciary duties. Boucher has assumed her new role at Mirck's Worcester office where she represents and counsels medical professionals in medical malpractice liability matters and represents others in civil litiga- tion including for construction disputes, and commercial litigation. Northbridge-based ERA Key Realty Services has hired three realtors with RICHARD BARTLETT joining the real estate firm's Framingham office while COURTNEY TAYLOR and DANIEL TOTO have joined its Worcester office. A certified accountant and enrolled accountant, Bartlett previously worked at the Internal Revenue Service for 38 years, holding positions as a revenue agent and senior manager. He graduated with his bachelor's degree from UMass Amherst and is in the process of earning his master's degree in public and nonprofit administration from Metropolitan State University, based in Minnesota.
