Pine State Services has outgrown its space in Westbrook. Its new headquarters in the Innovation District at the Downs will allow for projected growth. The building's foot- print will be nearly double what the company has now. Completion is expected by May. Pine State Services was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Dallas, and Porta & Co.'s Vince Ciampi. Jonathan Rizzo of the Boulos Co. assisted the landlord, Ventinove Holdings LLC, in the transaction. PROJECTS IN THE WORKS f PM Construction Co., of Saco, has two affordable housing projects under- way in Biddeford. Adams Point, which is new construction, will be 43,910 square feet and have 39 apar t- ments. The project team includes Southern Maine Affordable Housing, South Portland Housing Development Corp., CHA Consulting, Oak Point Associates and MaineHousing. f Elsewhere in Biddeford, PM is reno- vating 36 existing apartment units at Berry Park. Upgrades are being done to exterior and interior and will include energy efficiency improve- ments. The project team is made up of Northland Enterprises, Archetype Architects, Terradyn Consultants and MaineHousing. f Penobscot General Contractors, of Falmouth, is coming down the home stretch of 45 Dougherty in Portland. The building will have 63 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. Completion by fall is expected. The developer is Por tland-based Szanton Co. Archetype Architects, of Portland, handled design. f Developers Collaborative, of Portland, is redeveloping 509 Forest St. as Rumery Lofts, which will have rental units ranging from studio apartments to two-bedroom spaces. There will also be 12,000 square feet of ground- floor commercial space. The archi- tect is Invivid Architects, of Portland. Completion is expected by June. f Winter Holben, a Kittery architecture firm, handled design for the new East Coast Cannabis site in Eliot. The facil- ity will include a storefront, cultivation center and manufacturing area. f Patco Construction, of Sanford, man- aged construction of a 49,000-square- foot warehouse and distribution cen- ter at 955 Portland Road in Saco.
