A New Jersey native, Monaco came to Worcester to study at Clark University. Clinton Savings Bank has elected KALI DELOREY and DALE DIMECO to the bank's board of directors. Delorey has owned RE/ MAX Journey in Clinton, a franchise of Colorado-based real estate company RE/MAX, since 2012. She studied entrepreneurship at Babson College in Wellesley. DiMeco owns DiMeco's Nursery and Landscape in Lancaster. He earned his associates degree in soil science from the UMass Amherst Stockbridge School of Agriculture. Milford Regional Medical Center promoted three existing employees, impacting management in the emergency department, imaging, cardiovascular services, and accounting. JOSHUA COLE was promoted to the director of the emergency department. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the nursing staff, administrative planning for emergency services, and the coordination of care for patients. Cole began his career at Milford Regional in 2021, previously serving as nurse manager for the emergency department. He received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and an MBA from Clark University, both in Worcester. HANNAH QUADE was promoted to the director of accounting. Quade began her career at Milford Regional Physician Group in 2014 as a finance assistant and was then promoted to staff and senior accountant, and assistant controller. She received her bachelor's degree in business management with a concentration in accounting from Westfield State University. LAURA CHAPMAN was named the director of imaging and cardiovascular services. Chapman joined Milford Regional in 2018 as director of diagnostic imaging and oversaw joint commission surveys in imaging. She was involved in the site development of satellite locations in Milford, Franklin, and Medway. President and CEO of Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce TIMOTHY MURRAY has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, a Virginia-based association of chamber executives nationwide. Murray became president and CEO of Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2013, where he continues to lead a team of professionals serving the region's business community. Prior to joining the chamber, Murray was elected lieutenant governor of Massachusetts in 2006 and was a three-term mayor of Worcester. JAMIE CONAGHAN has been elected chair of the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce board of directors in Ayer. Conaghan is the senior vice president of marketing and digital at Main Street Bank in Marlborough. As chair of the board, she will work with board members, chamber staff, and membership to serve the region's business community. In addition to her involvement in the chamber, Conaghan is president of the New England Financial Marketing Association in Chelmsford and is a volunteer facilitator and mentor for the United Way of Central Massachusetts Women's Initiative Dollar $cholar program in Worcester. ANTHONY MANZO has been hired as senior vice president of corporate development at Flexcon Holdings Trust, the Spencer- based parent company of Flexcon Co. and two other material science manufacturing companies. In this role, Manzo will identify opportunities for organic growth and work closely with leadership in each business to execute initiatives and provide support. JACQUELYN MARCHAND has joined Milford Regional Urogynecology as a board certified nurse practitioner. Previously, Marchand worked as a registered nurse in the thoracic surgery intensive care unit at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Prior to that, she worked as a nurse on the telemetry unit at Milford Regional Medical Center. MOVERS & SHAKERS ALEX MONACO ANTHONY MANZO MICHAEL LAVOIE has been named executive vice president, senior commercial officer at Worcester-based Cornerstone Bank. With more than 20 years of experience, Lavoie will supervise all aspects of commercial banking for Cornerstone including generating new business, portfolio management, and underwriting. Lavoie earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and his MBA with a finance concentration from Bentley University in Waltham. MutualOne Bank, based in Framingham, has promoted two of its employees, JOLEEN DICK and SAMANTHA RAMOS, and hired ROBYN PETERSEN. Dick, who began working at MutualOne in 2016, has been promoted to assistant vice president, digital banking officer from her most recent role as client services manager. In her new position, she will oversee the bank's digital programs and client services activities. Dick earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Ramos, who began working for MutualOne in 2019 as a personal banker, has been promoted to the client services team, supervising the bank's call center and assisting customers.
