The event's first panel discussed how the state can attract more people and businesses. Panelists included (from left): John Bourdeaux (AdvanceCT), David Griggs (MetroHartford Alliance), Jason J. Giulietti (Central South Carolina Alliance), John O'Toole (Beaufort County Economic Development Corp.) and moderator Michael Goman (Goman + York Property Advisors). John Turgeon, managing director of CohnReznick's Hartford office, an event sponsor. Panelists on the multifamily sector outlook included: Chris Reilly (Lexington Partners), developer Carlos Mouta, Greg Konover (The Simon Konover Co.) and moderator Brian Newman (CohnReznick). Lee Hoffman, chair of law firm and event sponsor Pullman & Comley, welcomes guests to the Cranes & Scaffolds Hartford Real Estate Forum. The event's second panel discussed the current financing environment. Panelists included (from left): Mike Freimuth (Capital Region Development Authority), moderator Melissa Ferrucci (CohnReznik), Chris Arnold (event sponsor Liberty Bank), Seila Mosquera-Bruno (Department of Housing) and Randy Salvatore (RMS Cos.). Panelists on the industrial sector outlook included: moderator Mark Duclos (Sentry Commercial), developer Adam Winstanley and Gary O'Connor (Pullman & Comley). The office outlook panel included: Developer and landlord Mark Greenberg, Chris Ostop (JLL), John McCormick (CBRE) and moderator John Cafasso (Colliers). A sold out crowd listens to a panel discussion during a Q&A session. Panelists on the retail sector outlook included: Tim McNamara (Cushman & Wakefield), moderator Laura Bellotti Cardillo (Pullman & Comley), Kate Terricciano (Image Marketing) and Matt Halprin (New England Retail Properties).
