With an emphasis on transparency, integrity and accountability, Waypoint leadership acts as responsible stewards of our financial and other resources. Waypoint's ambitious goal of providing over 50 affordable units of housing for our employees was achieved. We re-designed the workweek for all our direct care workers and increased wages while shifting to three- or four-day workweeks. Waypoint understands a work-life balance is key to happy employees. We offer all staff, their families and our members access to our waterfront during the summer months, including lifeguards for swimming, along with fishing, boat rides, kayaking, movie nights, campfires and more. Waypoint offers remote technology and support through cameras and sensors that maximize members' independence and safety. Waypoint's goals for the coming year include expansion of remote support services from Bangor to Kittery, growth of our secure shredding company Secure RMS (securerms.com) and further expansion of our core case management services for children and adults. FUNDRAISING EVENTS/ OPPORTUNITIES �Every September Waypoint Maine hosts its annual Golf Tournament. is year on Sept. 27, we'll host our 13th annual tournament to support Waypoint Maine's athletes at the Maine Special Olympics. �Waypoint's Music Fest is our foremost fundraising event: In June 2025, we'll continue our live music event, centered on our beautiful waterfront and featuring food trucks, a beer garden and great vibes. is important fundraiser benefits Waypoint Maine's services, including Fraser Ford School and Children's and Adult services. Funding ensures that children and adults with intellectual disabilities continue to thrive, and financial support provides increased access to community activities which promote health, fitness and overall wellbeing. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Bequests and Donations • Giving can be easily directed toward a donor's particular area of interest. Annual Fund Drive • Launches in October and benefits all of Waypoint Maine's programs. Event Sponsorships • Businesses and individuals can sponsor and make contributions to any and all events.
