We provide educational workshops and webinars
specifically designed for the professional
development of camp professionals working in
Maine. Support MSC educational opportunities
and impact the lives of 60,000+ campers and
20,000+ staff members in Summer 2025.
JUNIOR MAINE GUIDE PROGRAM
Established in 1937, the Junior Maine Guide
certification program is an outdoors skills
program for youth ages 9-18 set forth by
Maine Summer Camps and the Maine
Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
LEVEL GROUND INITIATIVE
The Level Ground initiative provides youth
summer camp opportunities, free of charge, to
immigrant and refugee children in Maine for
whom such experiences would otherwise be
unavailable.
CAMPERSHIPS
Providing financial aid so underserved Maine
children have the chance to benefit from Maine
camps. MSC is expanding opportunities for
Maine's children in partnership with corporate
