FUNDRAISING EVENTS/ OPPORTUNITIES JA's Maine Business Hall of Fame brings over 400 Maine business lead- ers together to recognize Maine icons of commerce and industry. is event honors laureates who demonstrate business excellence, courageous think- ing and acting, inspired leadership and community mindedness. JAM Fest is a fun, community focused event celebrating the end of the school year, and the people who bring JA's hands-on experiences to life for kids. JA Titan is a direct way to get your business in front of hundreds of high school students from across Maine and collaborate with multiple industries within the state. is immersive competition introduces high school students to business and entrepreneurship by making them the CEO of a company. Golf Classics: JA Maine also hosts golf tournaments in Auburn and Presque Isle, providing opportunities to connect with other companies and clients and get your business in front of a targeted audience. Career Speaker Panels offer a direct way to get involved in the Maine com- munity, get in front of Maine students and cultivate your business' future tal- ent pipeline. Panel topics are industry or company specific to showcase Maine's job opportunities to students. GIVING OPPORTUNITIES Businesses can become a corporate partner and take a stake in Junior Achievement of Maine's mission. Partnership provides funding to develop Maine's workforce by supporting learning experiences that address economic mobility and cultivat- ing entrepreneurial mindsets in students. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Impacting a student's life, instilling a sense of possibility and encouraging their ideas, and being part of the solution to address economic mobility and the future of Maine's workforce are just a few things you accomplish when volunteering with JA Maine. Bring Junior Achievement learning experiences to students throughout Maine. Multi-week and single-day experiences, job shadowing, speaker opportunities, and mentorship are all available as volunteer options. MISSION STATEMENT Junior Achievement of Maine inspires and prepares K-12th grade students to succeed in a global economy. Through experiential learning experiences focused on workforce readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship, students are taught the skill sets and mindsets to live choice-filled lives and build thriving communities. SERVICE LOCATIONS JA Maine is statewide from Aroostook to York County, and all counties in-between, serving 724 classrooms, impacting 13,350 students in 720 schools through 677 volunteer mentors and 61,621 volunteer hours.
